does anyone know of an isp that does 128000 bps isdn for a fixed monthly fee? they all only seem to do 64000 bps for isdn on the monthly ones.

no thats the speed from your pc to modem not your modem to isp. ty updating the drivers that sometimes helps it to display the real connection speed
for some reason my 56k modem runs at 115200 bps (well that at least what it says on the two small monitors in the corner)
