It wont take off until you set up the settings to do the wheelie. I know you have to set rear down force to the max and front down force as nothing.
If your car doesnt have any downforce like bought cars then you cant do it.
The Formula 1 cars have the best acceleration but Escudo PP has best top speed.

Really it should take off, but it doesnt.

If you go to www.gamefaqs.com look at GT3 and the faqs. One of them will tell you the settings to use, as I cant remember them.
What happens is you need a fast car. I used an Escudo pike. At about 360 Kmph the front of the car will lift up and it will do a wheelie, just like you can on a motorbike. The speed will acclerate up faster than anything you've seen before. You cant steer as the front wheels are in the air. The only track you can really use this on is the Test circuit. My top speed has been just over 800 Kmph.
