Okay bare with me, I know sod all about GBA's
1) When's it out?
2) I'm guesing it is but is it still compatiable with US and Yapanease games?
3) Is there any plans to bring out the e reader over here?
4) If so would a PAL e reader work withe US cards?
5) If not will a American E Reader work with a PAL GBA Sp?
6) Any plans yet to bring out port of Mario RPG, Harvest Moon and Earthbound out?
7) Oh and how much is it?

Sr are selling them for £90.oo, and I think WS answered all of the other questions.
Oh and the price to buy one in the UK on March 28 will be anywhere between £80 and £90, Play.com will do it for £79.99 which is the best UK deal i've seen so far...

From what I can tell its just like other GB's - no region lock out.
but I dont think e-card readers will work with the SP - reason? Coz look at the reader there the bit that goes in the cartridge slot and a bit that goes in the link port above it coz its designed for a standard gba - sp's link port is on the back while the cart slot is round front.
plus it'd be awkward with a huge e-card reader sticking out the front of an SP.
