you could leave it in a place their bound to find it, e.g. on their desk while no-one is about or just slip it somewhere inbertween a couple of copies of "razzle" to avoid embarrasment
A great flaw I've noticed in valentines day is the fact in sending it.
How would people know your address... or find out. I couldn't even tell you anyone's address but my own... so unless they're a creepy stalker then thats hard.
Or if you know them... the only way to give them it is face to face or get a mate.
