Snobery rife on forums!
A worrying trend has begun this year, of reporting false 'news' and then laughing when people believe it. The main instigators seem to be Goatboy, Meka Dragon and MisterHappy.
Whilst some of these are extremely funny, it does seem to create an air of superiority around those thread starters, which should not be accepted.
Their superiority complex has lead to heated arguments with a couple of JAT's Game_2002 and Will3:16. Unfortunately they seem to have been scared off.
Return of Fog Stories:
This time there are two of them! The regular posters have been split up, in an attempt to stop the story from growing quite so quickly, and are writting in separate tales. So far they both look promising.
Doughnut Monster runs for Notable!
Doughnut Monster, or Dognuts, as he has become known, today signified his intent to run for notable by issuing some election pledges.
After winning two GAD's in a month it's obvious that he has talent, and maybe his Ralf Wiggum-esque charm will give him the upper hand in the coming election.
Stay tuned for more forum news as and when it comes in.

My favourite was that the Queen Mum was joining the WWF. I posting that months ago in the WWF forum, it was a classic.
I don't think snobbery is the rigth word, and if we scared away those newbies, such as Will then I'm glad.

And offensive insults and childish threats of "beatings" are the reason they got hounded.
It's not a superiority complex when retards shout abuse and get sarcastic responses, it's justice.

It's not a superiority complex when retards shout abuse and get sarcastic responses, it's justice.
Snobbery would be an accusation if the false news stories were even slightly believable, but they are so outlandishly absurd (Gamecube made of straw, Nintendo to announce date of announcing date etc), that it's not hard to spot the fact they are lies.
And if an accusation were to be levelled, I would say it should be plagiarism and unoriginality in creating own-ideas for topics.
