A bit off topic, but are staff newbies allowed to ban people. If they are it sounds risky, they could ban people without being used to the site and what it allowed.
No offence Mr Gynaecologist, but if you are allowed to ban people, I think that is a bad thing. Having that much responsibility, without you being on the site for a long time could be dangerous.
