Bought this video ages ago, haven't listened to it for nearly 2 years and it reminded me of how good Pablo Honey was. Anyone else got this? It's got all the best songs from Pablo Honey, The Bends and some excellent B-sides. The version of 'My Iron Lung' is the version that made it to the finished album.

I've seen it. Quite interesting. I really liked that song they did about half of, 'Follow Me Around'. There's loads of bootleg versions, but I want a proper finished version. Slide guitar an' all.

Yeah, he says that on the video. 'My Iron Lung' was about them having to play 'Creep' everywhere they went. In America they became known as the 'Creep Band' and they got fed up with it.

Well

I'm sure theres something else but a part is that Thom Yorke felt their earlier songs did not get as much credit as they should have

This is our new song
Just like the last one
A total waste of time
MY IRRRRON LUNG

The Bends is about who your real friends are, just incase you didn't know.

You were there? or just a thought?

(see what I did there... just eh?)

Last sentence, what I meant was:

They wanted to change so they weren't linked with Ok Computer and The Bends and supposdely wouldn't self-destruct... so they do Kid A and Amnesiac, which are not bad... but quite frankly people who say they don't want Ok Computer can bog off...

errr right :)

I can play My Iron Lung :P... which of course you can play but not as good as me, because I have that extra edge just because I do... glad we sorted that out.

Okaaaay. That last sentence was scary.

Radiohead are a seminal band for me. Me and Snuggly must have learnt more or less every song they had out at the time, and we ROCKED!!! Can you imagine being in the crowd when 'Just' was played for the first time live, though. What a buzz.

*puts hand up*

Yep its good... although Jonny Greenwood looks very scary just hanging in the darkness and popping his head every so often.

Thom Yorke introducing Stop Whispering

" This is a song that was a single... but eeh I don't think it is a single "

Right Thom

" This ones about Canary Wharf " - Fake Plastic Trees, very strange voice

Good

" This is the last song.... ehhh bye "

They could do another Ok Computer?Bends if they wanted I couldn't give a damn. :
