Apparently, only Soccer is available from Animal-crossing.com at the moment, but if you want more just ask nicely in a trading post.

From the website or by using the memory card that came with the game?, I have reason to belaive that there are two games on the included mem card (it said in NGC's import review).

There should definitly be an Animal Crossing forum (which was my Idea), and AJ I have heard that alot of copies, despite saying they come with the gifts, actually dont. It has even been known that people who sell the game use it first. Mostly though the gifts just get "delayed" in the post.
Thieving swines! They better not do that with my copy (unlikely from a respected merchant such as DVD Boxoffice).

When I ordered a wavebird in august it came about a week later. Which aint half bad methinks.
