as the topic says i want my free gift.
I joined SR club a while back and i ordered a gift but never got it. Instead i got a bit of paper saying "we no longer do this item as a free gift" ok i though ill wait.
now hmm 4 weeks ago i phoned SR and said "i want Red Faction as a free gift" the guy took my membership number and said it would come next week. next week came and went with no game.
the week after the next week i phoned again and was told it obviously hadn't been sent. the guy said it would now be dispatched and i waietd happily. he said next week. well next week was last week and still no game

i refuse to believe that having asked the dude on the phone weatehr it was a free gift and him saying "yes" that i won't get it.

Post this in the Customer Service Forum dude, you'll get a better response there. :)
It means that that item is not a free gift and will never be again, ring up and ask for something else. That has happened to me before, but life goes on!
