I am disappointed, because I have found that no matter what the subject is, my posts never get up to a large number of replies. Perhaps I'm boring.

The worst thing about getting large amount of replys is that someone will always come in and start talking about someting else or miss the point of your post. No-one wants 100 replies about noting to do with your post, but 5 replies regarding your subject matter is always far better...just keep going!

Same here my so-called long posts usually get a get a bit of a slating from certain people.
It's quality, not quantity. I find that most of my threads that get a large number of replies usually consist of people calling me names.
