Don't use cheats it's just stupid and ruins the game.
MGS2, unless you're playing on european extreme is really easy, you shouldn't need any cheats for it.
Anyway most of the cheats are the sort that require you to finish the game before you get something so tough cookie.

Just play it without using stupid cheats and ruining a perfectly good gaming experience.

The FMV titled Metal Gear Solid 2 is only out on Playstation 2 and due out on PC and Xbox. If you want cheats, I suggest you head either to the Sony forum or to www.ukcheats.com
