Looking at the news headline regarding this game it states that it is made by the blokes who made the first (and which I thought was awful) ISS game on the PS2. Now looking at the screenshots, it seems like it is going to be just like PES graphic wise but they are going advance the gameplay. I would prefer it if it was the makers of PES having another go, but we are going to have to hope that they can do better than last time. As we know there are two companies working with Konami to do the ISS titles (originally one for the PSX, and one for the N64) and the N64 version ,I thought, was a lot better. But when the N64 blokes had to make the first game on the PS2 there wasn't much confidence in them. They just couldn't live up to the standards set from their predocessors on the N64. So along come the PSX boys and create the masterpiece that we call PES. The game that has spent more time in my PS2 than Jordan has in a plastic surgery. Here we are now, with ISS 2 being left in the hands of a company that I have very little faith in. Let's hope that if we splash out 40-45 quid on this game, that we get quality not qwap.

It's a very strange scenario with Konami. You never quite know what to expect from the ISS series because of the two main developers that are behind the two ISS incarnations.

It'll definately be worth looking into nearer the time, but at this stage it's likely to be written off because of the huge success of PES.

This is going to be quite like PES because it's being made by the blokes that work for Konami, but I am going to see what other people think about it before I go near it.

I'm going to keep away from this game, I was really dissapointed with the first one so I'm definetly not getting it, I've got a good footie game already thats Pro Evo soccer and the next footie game I'm going to buy is the sequel to Pro Evo.
