The addax is the most desert-adapted of antelopes, being well adapted to heat, a diet of coarse grasses and the absence of water. It lives most of its life without drinking, deriving sufficient moisture from dew and the plants on which it feeds. The addax weighs up to 135 kg (300 lb). It is found in sandy and stony regions of the Sahara Desert, particularly dune regions. When grasses are absent, it browses acacia species and leguminous herbs. Because of the extreme aridity of its habitat, the addax moves over considerable distances in search of food. It is principally nocturnal and crepuscular and rests during the heat of the day. Addax live in herds of 5-20 individuals, led by an old male. One young is born per year.

Now, simple as it may seem, these are no ordinary Antlope. These are highly intelligent antelope. They live in North Sudan where Nintendo have specially created a special Addax controller for the gamecube so they can play on the wounderful games Nintendo have created, Nintendo are great aren't they?

Well, due to lack of funds and lack of disc changing ability they can only play one game. This game is Pikmin! Fairly simple game but not for the Addax. He gets mad, very mad. Yes, hugely mad. This Addax does not just throw his controller on the floor in a fit of maddness, he goes on the hunt. This is bad news for the vegetation of North Sudan!

Now, the main native flower in North Sudan is the Pikmin flower. These intelligent flowers fight for their existance as they help fallen Space Men. Thesee friendly creatures are only there to help but unfortunatly, there lives are doomed by the Addax.

In a huge fit of Rage the Addax will march out of his lair and hunt serveral hundereds of Pikmin. Eating all of them he see's. Tragic for the Pikmin, but this has adverse effects on all the vegetation in North Sudan.

The Space Man, who seems doomed to be stuck on this planet forever, has to take things into his own hands and he whips out his emergency "make babies" kit. Within seconds he has several children and off they go collecting pikmin to cook, for they are the most suculent and easiest to catch plants in the area.

With the huge decline in the numbers of pikmin there is less competition for light and nutrients from other plants, therefore North Sudan is growing. Soon, it will be covered with plants and no more room for any people and even the Addax!

The Addax does not know what it is causing and really it is not it's fault. But it's fit of rage about gaming is slowly killing of North Sudan and soon, the world!!!
