The "General Games Chat" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
In many ways, this site has changed dramatically, from it's look to it's members, but I've noticed one major change now.
More people are interested in writing short stories tha talking about games!
Ok, I know that Dringo writes the Notable hunter series of which I'm a fan of (because I'm one of the starring roles :) ), and I'm not really complaining anyway, but, does anyone talk about videogames anymore?
I noticed one newbie trying to talk about games (though rather stupidly in the amount of rubbish topics he was posting) and no one gave him the slightest chance. However, those were some of the only videogame topics posted today based on gaming.
Does this forum deserve to be called "Future of Gaming" anymore?
Remember I'm not complaining, just pointing something out. I might have a crack at storywriting myself sometime, I've just noticed the lack of gaming topics in the FOG forums that's all. I do get frustrated when I see what looks like a good topic title...and it's just another story....

Nah, I just got bored. The SonicRav thing was just a coinkydink. Anyway, I like having Sonic around. He agrees with me. Makes a change.

Meh. I only talk about gaming. In fact, I haven't read a single story since I came back.

Naa, I've just got a shi* load of work to catch up on, as well as finish half of my computing project by the end of the Xmas hols.

This week so the (tempory?) return of Turbonutter to prime after rumours of sonicrav replacing him came to his attention...
Dringo still does a gaming post in here every other day, but i think a lot of the regulars have just got bored? and Just find it more fun to criticise others instead on concentrating on their selves? am i wrong?
