I'm not allowed to play guitar in the house, as our walls are literally as thin as paper, so I have to practise in my drummer's garage or elsewhere. Now, my brother got a lot of money this Christmas and he wants to buy an Electric Guitar (Yes, a Fender - he can't play worth a damn) and he's a little too stupid and a little too vulnerable to be going out on his own, or so my dad says. My parents offered him the option of sound-proofing a room, so they wouldn't have to put up with the "noise", as they call it. I like the idea, as that means I can play in the house too, but here's the problem - how much does it cost? Can you DIY? Thanks. Mark.

Where am I showing off Mystique? Just quote the part in a reply and explain. I am simply asking a question, not boasting about my music "talents", as some call it.

Egg cartons apparently do work, but I'm not sure how well. I can't see them being very good...

Very pleased
Very pleased with the help given by your staff. They explained technical details in an easy way and were patient when providing information to a non expert like me.
