Tell me, cause I'd sure love to know. The industry seems to be in an 'unoriginality hole' and is trying to cling on to anything to get out! Unfortunately many areas of the industry is failing to scramble clear of this hole. Almost all game companies have been grabbed into a trap of great graphics, platformers, RTS games and 3rd/1st person shooters.

There are so many of these types of games avaliable and more come out each week each having a miniscule improvement over the last and then loads of gamers rush out and get their copy. Well I refuse to go along with the pack and get suckered in to buy a game with good graphics and playability when the version before is prctically the same.

I know that some games really are a lot better and are worth buying even if you own the predecessor, games such as Perfect Dark, No Mercy, Usually any RPG and so on. The few companies that have evaded this trap are trying new ideas and styles for their games and gamers that like these companies are happier for it. Nintendo lead the field when it comes to originality and developing new ideas, just look at the VRS (voice reginition system) and different styles of play such as Pokemon Snap. Nintendo N64 controller started all the other companys stealing their ideas of a rumble pak and 3d stick, and Mario64 started the 3d platformer era! (Mario64 is still one of the best out there)

Hopefully all other companies will take steps of originality and new game types and then more great games will be out there for us to play but until they find this elusive foothole they will be stuck in that hole and so will their fans, its up to them now....

In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
