Lets not forget, that since this system is "digital" the publishers can do things like build in timers to the software downloads, so they "expire" at a certain date.

Sounds expensive to me, and so much of the UK still can't get broadband signals.
A lot has been said about the broadband feature of this machine, but what do the games look like? How do the graphics and sound quality compare with GC, PS2, and Xbox?

I think it will flop, broadband needs a few years to gather a good userbase and with 4 other consoles (if you include Gameboy AD)it will struggle.
