Went to class this morning (I'll be finnished for the day at 6pm) before setting out to go shopping.
found 'Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back' on dvd for a tenner, so I bought that, went to get my food shopping for the week finding that only sainsburys had the only new NGCs around here, for got to buy one though.

Anyway, I was walking past a games shop, and saw that they had quite a few preowned consoles in the window, last time I checked someone had just beaten me to getting a Snes from there. Today amongst the saturns and other stuff I saw a NES with super mario 3, went in and saw they also had a duck hunt (with super mario 1) and zapper.
After almost saying 'Duck hunt' wrongly, laughing at my almost embarasing slip up, I bought it.
I got a 3 month guarantee from the shop, got it all for £23 ,less than the price I would pay to get super mario advance 3 on my gba.

Where does the nes between the legs bit come into it?
... that would be on the bus ride back, I pre-emptively made some space next to myself when I saw people waiting at the next stop, ended up having the Nes and dvd beween my legs and and my bag full of food on top of that.

this has been one of my better shopping trips (apart from the NGC thing) and I didn't even get stopped to do any market research surveys.

Hah hah hah. My parents told me that when I learnt about the birds and the bees, not "the humans and the consoles". Eech, imagine if it were plugged in...!

I think I will give the nes and the zapper a clean later, nothing to do with the location of them on the bus journey... honest.

The controller is smaller than I remember, although its been at least 10 years since I last played on one.
