Everquest Online will be superb I just heard about the land of Turnia coming to the PS2 online. Im dissapointed though that its not following in the footsteps of Phantasy Star Online by having an offline service where can play by yourself. It has been changed so that it is easy to work on the pS2. The bad thing is that you definitely need a USb keyboard. The simple reason is that if you are getting hacked to death by some monster and looking for help you will have type a letter one by one if you are using PS2 controller although if you are using a USB keyboard you might not die and someone will help you out FASTER! Does anyone know when its released. When is the PS2 online service released.

I think they have added something to it so that you don't lose your gear there is a review on www.gamespy.com

In Everquest you die a lot anyway, it will be a big improvement if they cutout corpse runs completly by having some kind of service which allows you to respawn with all your gear. If it's anything like EQ on the PC it would be pointless having an offline option because it's so hard to solo play, some classes can solo ok later on but for others it's almost impossible which means you need to find a group of other players.

As far as I know it hasn't been given a relase date yet but if you want to find out info on it or the PC version than checkout www.Castersrealm.com
