We are very lucky people to have games!
The end of our days could come any moment now so why not go out and enjoy yourself by buying games etc.
Oh!And one more thing and I can tell you this as a fact! You haven't lived if you haven't joined Special reserve! Those of you who haven't,you don't know what your missing!
I used to think like that, that gaming was the only important thing in life. As long as there was a good game out now, or one on it's way, then things were good, and nothing else mattered.
I'd go to school, do the work, all because I knew when it was all done for the day, I could go back home and have another go on that game that was the 'in game' at the time, or have a few friends over for a good old a***-kicking on Virtua Fighter or Sega Rally (Sega Saturn’s were good, ok).
Of course, as time has gone on, that's changed. Today, games to me, they are 'just games'. I don't get excited about all the gaming news I'd read in Gamesmaster, I don't rush down to the nearest store to find out if I can reserve a first batch copy, and I don't think about the much at all.
A few years can really chance your perspective on gaming, for me anyway. Not it's more of a case of, well, everything else is important ... except for games.
All I'm trying to say is enjoy your gaming while you can .... you never know when you'll just get bored of them :).
Oh, and as for Special Reserve, yeah, they are ok I guess :)
