I have to wait another 9 days to buy it, proving beyond doubt that the world is against me.
I eagerly anticipated the arrival of the new MOO. I had been playing IG2 & Haegemonia so I thought that MOO3 would be the next big game./
What a total disappointment. The only real slick thing is the packaging. The game feel and play belongs to the past. The battles are a joke as is the control over them. The graphics are basic. The game play itself is laborious and I really did not care in the end who won.
There is no sense of involvement. You do not get drawn into the game and certainly the cover notes setting out how intense , colossal, beautiful etc is total tosh.
Do not but unit it is in the cheap bin

I'm still going to buy it though. Large pages of stats don't bother me, and I'm not desperately bothered about the graphics. The only thing that really might ruin it for me is if the AI really is as bad as various reviews I've read have claimed.

I'm not so sure I'm going to buy this now, to be honest. Definitely not without playing it first, at any rate.
