Simple enough, what game would you love to see a sequel to?

An explanation of the game would probably boost your word count, and make this an altogether better topic. So do so, if you please.

I want to see a Freespace 3. Or another X-Wing style game.

Conflict Freespace was a title, that I'd expect you haven't heard of. It's an excellent space shooter... really, really exciting to play.

The game starts off with you in a war between an alien race, and as this war takes place, another, bigger better alien race pops out of nowhere, and tries to kill the other two races.

Lo and behold, soon enough the two races combine forces to take on this other alien race. The levels are really, really good... visually astounding, and plays so well... the training levels are a bit dull, but you can skip them.

The weapons are amazing too. These spirialing missles that shoot out of your ship and speed off locked onto another...

And like all good space shooter things, you get medals and stuff for being good.

And then, they made a sequel to that. And it was better.

Updated graphics... excellent plot... beautiful explosions...

And HUGE, and I mean HUGE ships.

Go play. Go play now. Because nobody else did.

And all the X-Wing games, there was X-Wing, which was the starter... poor graphics, great fun. The missions were excellent, but it lacks the human factor of todays standards, with no real communication in the game.

This was changed in Tie-Fighter, with Commanders screaming at you, and dying teammates shouting out as you flew your Imperial craft around and around. Great game.

Then X-Wing Vs Tie Fighter came along. Nice game to play, started off the multiplayer madness of being IN Star Wars. But the single player was only fun for a limited time, because there wasn't a story, and just clicking on missions to do sucked.

Then X-Wing Alliance. Great story, great graphics, more ships, more everything... and you get to fly the Millenium Falcon into the second Death Star and blow it up, and have to fly out of it as quick as you can while you can see the explosions all around you.

Multiplayer is great too, as I'm sure Sheepy will admit to. :0)

So, I wanna see more of these games, because they rock far too much to let lie.

well i use to like those walk and beatup style games e.g. streets of rage, double dragon etc i wish someone made a remake of them but in full 3d (i played a few on the ps1 but they were'nt very good).

I would like to see sonic, but know a days 2d games don't sell very well, but sonic in 3d is too slow compared to the original.

I would love to see a sequel to Robot wars on the Pc but with Gemini in it. It would make a whole lot of difference.

yup i agree freespace 2 was a very good game, i completed it three times, it's that good the story line was also very good lots of sabatage and betrayal. And after every mission you were briefed and congratulated on the current war effort, the atmosphere was good you really feel like you are fighting a war, against a foe with far suprior technology. i would love to see freespace 3, although the latest free space style game was i-war2 it was good but not a freespace beater.

i though a game called silver which i played (on the pc) was very good (abit short though) its an rpg but you fight in real time as you walk about, so i'd like to see silver 2 also.

although there is already a sequal to a metal gear solid i would like to see more games like it, as the story line is amazing with twists like i had never seen before, its like your playing a movie.

Yup, Grim Fandango was excellent. Really can't see a sequel happening... it wasn't the style of game that would get one. One off, sort of thing.

Grim Fandango

Ever played this game?

It's a brilliant adventure game much like the Monkey Island series where you travel lands solving puzzles and meeting lots of characters.

It really is one of the most fun and engrossing games I have ever played, the storyline is a bit hard to explain you really need to play it but I will have a go.

Your name is Manny Calavera and your a 'travel agent' in the land of the dead, you alledgedly commited a crime in the land of the living and are forced to pay your dues by being a travel agent to recently deceased people.

Got that?

Anyway depending on how good a life the person lived depends on what happens to them in the afterlife, good people get to go to 'the land of eternal rest' immediently others embark on a travel across the Land of the dead, how much of a good life they led depends on how quick they reach this version of heaven.

You need top clients before you can leave your job and go to this place yourself but you never seem to get any and your fellow workers always do. There's a conspiracy you don't understand going on and that's where the epic adventure spanning four years begins.

DON'T BE PUT OFF BY THE STORYLINE! Like I said it's just hard to explain.

A great 3D adventure I would recommend to everyone, it's a fun colourful game which is actually quite funny in parts.

I suggest you buy it, apparently there is to be no sequel due to it not being too popular I think. Shame. I can't see how they could carry it on anyway, seriously though top game that you could probably pick up for about a tenner now.

Go buy!

It would have to be Pro Evolution Soccer 2, we all know how good it is now, so just imagine it better....... The sad thing is that I can't imagine it better.
