I just got a call on my mobile from XBox customer care.

They asked me how I had connected my XBox online.

Checked that everything was ok.

Then said bye.


Hows that for customer care eh?

oh, well if you phoned about a drive disk or watever, then they might of just been phoning to make sure you was still ok and that the driver disk worked propperly...
Still very, very odd though...

I rang MS customer care once about a driver disk and it was this german woman with a really bad accent, suffice to say she was just about useless.....never heard of this though, and it's not a likely survey as there are only so many ways to connect up anyway and its no odds to MS how you do it....weird.
