Are there many PS1 games that wont work on a PS2? I ask because I have over 100 PS1 games and I'm thinking of upgrading to a PS2 but Im going to have to sell my PS1 to help pay for it, and I'm worried that I'll end up with a few of my favourite games not working on the new technology.

Is a PS2 really worth VR missions?
It's not that good, I'm sure you can live without. That's only because it's used with MGS, so it's a different system.
If you've got GTA : London that only works with the original game, that might be the same.
But what's 2 games for a PS2?
At least you won't have to throw them out - imagine if it wasn't backwards compatible.

Nope can't say i have heard of that. Usually a game works or it doesn't
And another thing. Has anyone heard of any cases where a game has only half worked? Where by most of the game works fine but gets jammed in certain places like option and load screens.

most of them are just obscure Japanese titles that never got a release here however i think i read somewhere that MGS vr missions doesn't work but never tried it as don't own a copy myself.

Mine all work fine, about 25 of them. There's only a few weird exceptions, but I don't think I'd even heard of most of them.

What I'm really after is a list that I can look at and see if I own any non compatable games.
