Recently the disc drive of my Wii has simply broken down spurting out the same old error message for both GC and Wii discs. Phone up Ninty and got them to fill me in on the procedure to send it back. All I have to do is send the Wii back itself with proof of purchase. It was a present so I don't have one, the operator said not to worry and just send it back and they will probably waiver the £52 replacement costs.
Have yet to do this but was just wondering if anyone else has had to claim and what their experiences are.
