A girl told me she loved me the other night, she'd had a few drinks and thus I called her up on it:
"Thats nice dear, I take it we've had a few?" I inquired cynically.
However, she said "No, well yes, but the drink is just allowing me to say it, not changing my judgement"
I was taken back a little. I mean, what do you say to that?
You're a bunch of random individuals who's paths I will no doubt never cross, what would you have done if you'd been in my shoes.
I'm "just good friends" with this girl, i'd not really wanted anything more until the other night. However, I'm a bit of mental wreck at the moment, so I'm also thinking that I may just be jumping at the first bit of support that comes along. Also, my mental wreckness makes me think rather more cynically than usual so perhaps I'm closing doors on myself rather than jumping at unwanted chances......
