actually its only once. on the mission call SAM where u shoot down the plane with a rocket launcher and collect the packages u have to shoot it, use a cheat to turn vehicle damage off, so when it lands you go and steal it from the pilot.

Oh. My. God. You'll think I'm making this up but today i saw a big plane flying overhead in Portland which had large wings (not as big as an airliner but larger than a Dodo) which was all grey underneath.

Apparently a proper Dodo is flying around and you can shoot it down, but I've never seen or heard of being able to fly a proper Dodo.
