People often get caught up in the hype surrounding the latest, newest videogames. However there are still alot of great classic games out there, available at great prices. Take for example Mario 64 or Goldeneye on the N64 , or Die Hard Trilogy on the playstation. OK so these games are getting on in years, but theyre still great fun to play. Its never been a better time to be a games player, go on buy a few classic games, you wont be dissapointed. With the price of playstation and N64 games dropping every day pick up some budget bargains. There are just so many good games out there, at rock bottom prices:

If you are really lucky, you can pick up a Spectrum or C64 for less than a fiver, with a whole bagfull of games and nostalgia that is priceless!
Yeah now that the Playstation 2 has come out the price of Playstation1 games has just plumetted. Theres so many games available for £10 or under, or £20 or under.Just look at these

Even better are the amount of games for older systems that you can find in bargin bins everywhere. Did you know that Argos still sells the Megadrive? There are tons of places selling megadrive games really cheap. Games like Sonic and Golden Axe are real classics and still play well today.
I agree with you though that older games for the current systems get overlooked when they are sometimes much better that newer ones.
