So off we went for a couple of weeks, allowed to use the vast freedom of our imaginations when suddenly it struck me whilst blowing off a Zombie head in the magnificant Timesplitters 2. "Hmmm, a dark tale, bit of revenge? Sci-fi maybe? Nah, realistic but with a good bit of gung ho, but no zombies (aww). Then I remembered a game I owned. A game that had struck me as original and provocative. The plot to Max Payne had given me many hours of joy and twisted thoughts. I thought, brilliant.
I can use this. It has the death of his family just as he turns down a perfect job offer. A tragic tale of how one man fights against the drug dealing psychopathic murderers behind it all. Leading to a grand finally and being arrested. Crime doesn't pay.
It paid off. I played the game immensly and took notes as I went along. After perfecting it I handed it to the teacher. When he had marked it he asked me if I was 'ok'. Maybe because the content included the freakishly sinful dreams of max and much violence. But in the end it was all worth it.
A game had actually gotten me my first A+ since getting into the school. not sure if it wil work for GTA though....
