Sorry to bring a topic about this but I'm having trouble on the Los Angeles level. It's the goal where you do a varial kickflip the tower rails gap. How do you do it?

The decks change for every skater. I think there are 4 or 5 different deck locations and it changes on depending on your skater. This is the same with the SKATE and stat points.

It has all the info for the levels. And there are a list of all the secret characters that can be used by typing in a name or something into the create a skater option.
Does it say where to get the decks?
If anyone needs any more help on thps3, then go to ukhints.com I have posted how to do each mission on every level. There are now 7 pages of hints for thps3, so just look through and find the mission your stuck on.
They dont cover the find s-k-a-t-e and point missions, but the overs are all there. I couldnt do the skate ones, as there different for diffeerent characters.

Hmm... how to describe it....???
Ok, you start off on the level near the wiggly steps. Head down these and the to the right. Down more steps and you should see a circular pool thingy. Behind this wee circular pool, there is some glass to smash through (or its around there anyway). Smash through the glass into the building and then through the glass at the other side. you should now be at a place with stais all over the shop.
Start grinding up one set of stairs, performing your varial kickflip and the grinding down the opposite set of stairs.
