Got a Scorpion II Light Gun for Xmas to use with PS 2. It doesn't work!!! On the Blaze site it says it is for PSOne only but on Special Reserve it is being sold for PSOne & PS2. Has anyone got one that works with PS 2? Please let me know cos I have lost the receipt & cannot return it & I will be really peeved if it doesn't work with PS2

Technically, you couldn't sue because it DOES work with the PS2, but only on PS1 games.
Someone wrote about this in PSM2 #18 I think. Apparently the only types of guns that are able to work are those which are USB compatible - the G-Con 2 etc. You could alwatys phone up customer affaires and sue SR for false advertising.......

Are you using it on a game that is compatible with the light guns. (Time Crisis II is the only PS2 game that uses it) or Time Crisis I on the PS1 (not sure about other games). If you are, then its your fault for losing the receipt.
