I want to know if it is possible to put my holding page on a website for a domain name I'm not ready to use yet.
Can I do it without signing up for vip service as I will be ftping from france.

Hi and welcome to the forums!
If you opt for standard hosting you can put a holding page in place by connecting via Freeola's dialup number - not quite sure how that will work from France though :¬)
Or, all domains come with the option to use Freeola's InstantPro to build one page - so you could use this to build your holding page connecting via your inferior French ISP ;¬)
