I was updating my website using the InstantPro Website Builder, and when I clicked on the tab to 'view my page', this message comes up:
"Fatal error: Script: SQL Error: Unable to connect to server is-admin Extra Details: Host 'is1.freeola.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in /home/httpd/includes/central/sql.php on line 353"
What exactly does that mean? I notice that the changes I have made, do not appear on the live website, but they do appear on the InstandPro page.
Help ...

Your error looks like a possible 'hiccup/blip' on Freeola's side.
I've just tried the steps you mention and things worked for me. Are you still seeing the error?
If you are perhaps it's only affecting some accounts so would be worth raising a Support Ticket if a staffie doesn't answer here :¬)
