Hi! My new for Christmas, PS2 does not seem to want to play games which are on DVD Rom format - does anyone know why this would be? It doesn't even want to play the demo disc that came with the machine - everything else seems to work fine?

You must have a faulty machine. Try ringing Sony on...

(I think thats the number. It is customer services. It should be in the back of any game instruction manual)
