All games where you can kill people are pretty much banned... unless you use green blood to portray the people as Zombies.
Many violent games are banned, or have to be tweaked. For example, Turok (DINOSAUR hunter) sees you killing big robots (eh!), and Nuke Nukem games are banned altogether.
So, fellow UK gamers, let us give thanks for being able to plow through pedestrians in GTA3 whilst blowing up police cars! Let us give thanks for the joys of the Deathmatch, and the brilliance of killing your friends' pseudopersonas.
Rejoice! (and laugh at the less fortunate Germans!)
Sonic
PS I am not being racist against Germans before someone gets me banned! Everything I say is true, and I have plenty of German friends... in fact ALL my friends are German... actually, I don't know any non-Germans! The Germans are just sooo cool---- God I hate pathetic come backs to calls of racism likee that!)

Not true at all! The American media censors itself... have you seen any programs since September 11th the actually critisise America's foreign policy and even go as far as saying America had it coming?
Over here we have all sorts of programs like this that actually critisise the allied effort, and the way things are being done.
I'm not saying that "we're better than you"... just that the media never lets you know the whole picture.... it's always biased!

I agree with ßër§ëkër. We should know. I'm Tazz. I'm from Chicago. I'm not the original Tazz.
Go in Peace.

There was another Tazz?
Anyway, welcome from Chicago... one place I'd love to go someday...
But I've got to get back to my point about the American media controlling itself- how often do you hear about American blunders in Afganistan... because during the time the Taliban were in power, at least one american missle went astray every day, often destroying peoples' homes...
Not that the American (and british) involvment was unjustified... just that you never get both sides of the argument. (Even in Britain, we only hear about some mistakes years after they happen).

Yes, since 9-11 they have slowed down the traffic of violent things but they haven't stopped it. I can remember them making a big uproar about Max Payne but we still got it.
