Hello and welcome to another match on Christmas Day. Last week we saw Regal attempt to win Angle the title, but Regal got a Chokeslam for his efforts and cost Angle the match. This has led to a first blood grudge match between Taker and Regal.
KEEP ROLLIN, ROLLIN, ROLLIN, The KOTR Champion, The Undertaker (Jetster) gets a chorus of boos as he has just changed his mood to “I WANT RESPECT”
The brass instrument plays and out comes William Regal (Grandprix) looking very nervous. Before the match Regal asked Kane if he could borrow his mask, but got no answer.
Ding Ding! The bell sounds and Taker runs straight at Regal and hits him with a clothesline. Taker then picks up Regal and drags him to the corner, Taker then starts laying his boot into Regal’s neck. Taker finally breaks the hold and lays a knee into Regal’s chest, Take rthen lays a left hand on Regal’s back, knocking him down. Taker then goes to the outside and drags Regal to the corner post. We all know whats gonna happen next, OUCH! Regal gets a pain where the sun doesn’t shine. Taker then gets onto the apron and picks Regal up and puts his neck on the top rope, Taker now jumps with Regals neck and Regal gets his neck choked onto the top rope. Taker now gets in the ring and starts stomping away at Regal. Taker then picks up Regal and does a scoop slam. Taker now picks up Regal, tosses him into the rope and does a massive Side Walk Slam!
Taker is in full control of this match and is laughing at Regal. Taker now picks up Regal and tosses him to the outside. Taker rams Regal’s head into the ring and lets Regal crawl around the floor. Suddenly Regal grabs the ring bell and smashes it on Taker’s head, is he gonna shed blood? NO! A bit of a headache for Taker, but no blood. Regal now gets Taker and slams his head into the announcer’s table. Regal now brings Taker to his knees with a knee to the mid-section and then Regal hits his knees into Takers forehead. Regal now tosses Taker into the ring. Regal follows Taker into the ring and starts stomping at Taker. Regal now picks up Taker and does a DDT! Regal now picks up Taler and puts him into the corner, Regal lifts Taker to the top, Regal follows but is pushed down by Taker! Taker now waits for Regal to get up before hitting a flying clothesline!
Taker now picks up Regal and punches him, Taker then throws Regal into the ropes, Regal ducks the punch, and the Taker runs at Regal and does that famous Running DDT! Taker then goes to the outside and gets a chair. Taker gets in the ring, and is about to hit Regal with it, when Regal ducks and Taker hits the ref with the chair! Taker looks at the ref in disbelief and when he turns round he is about to be Superkicked, but Taker catches his foot, spins it round and then hits Regal with the chair! Is Regal bleeding! YES! But the ref is knocked out! Regal then pulls something out of his trunks, it’s wet cotton wool! Regal dabs the cut and slowly gets up, I don’t see how he could off dabbed the cut with being how dazed he was! The ref gets up and looks at Regal and Taker, the ref sees no blood and carrys on with the match, little does he know Regal has a plaster on covering up the blood!
Taker then picks up Regal and throws him to the outside and folows after him. Taker is dragging Angle up the rampway, what is Taker doing? Taker is now at the top of the rampway and rams Regals head into one of the poles of the Smackdown arena. Taker then trys to pick up Reagl, but Regal battles back with left and right hands into the Deadman’s chest and then sweeps Takers legs from underneath him! Regal then runs down to the ring and goes underneath the apron of the ring and pulls out a table! Regal then runs up the rampway with it and then sets it up on the rampway. Taker is slowly getting up though and is gonna big boot Regal, but Regal ducks and Taker hits the ref by mistake, “not again” exclaims The King! Regal then hits a Superkick on Taker. Then from out of nowhere comes Kurt Angle! Regal dosen’t see Angle and Angle does The Olympic Slam to Regal! Kurt goes WOAH! But as he is celebrating dosen’t see Taker behind him and Taker taps Kurt on the shoulder. Angle turns round and gets a kick to the mid-section, Taker then puts Angle between his legs and delivers THE LAST ROUND THROUGH THE TABLE! “oh my god” JR screams. Regal now is up and gets the brass knuckles out of his trunks, he sneaks up behind Taker, Taker turns round and WHAM! Taker gets hit by the brass knuckles and sheds blood! The ref dazily gets up and looks at Takers forehead and says ring the bell. Regal has won.
Regal shed blood earlier in the match, he used wet cotton wool to dab the cut and the blood was gone before the ref was up!
I will let you lot decide wheither this should cause a rematch or something.
