Right, first off, no mention of console wars, i dont care if xbox is better than the gamecube, and neither do all you lot. So forget about them.

What i want to know is, what is the console i should save up my money for, in march for the Games.

I dont care if one machine is more powerful than the other, or ones better looking, i just want to know, what in your oppionion is the better machine for the games.

Im in two minds at the mo, NGc will have perfect dark 2, mario, zelda and other games i loved on the N64, along with possibly all the new sonic games, and soul calibur 2, while the Xbox has project Gothem (brilliant graphics, if basically MSR in a new skirt), halo (ment to be good), and jet set radio future and shenmue.

What one shall i save up for? Im not bothered about paying a bit more for the xbox, but cannot afford to buy both consoles.

No, I thought it was going to be £300 on its own. If not, then that'll be pretty cool, how much will it cost then?

Playst...........oh sorry. I'd get an XBOX because it has really cool games as well as everything built in (rather than spending £300 on a hard drive for a PS2).

I think you should just keep saving and decide at, or close to, the time. That way you won't regret a rash decision made too quickly.

Tough call... depends on what games you like.

You see, I have a PS2, which has adult games similar to those on the Xbox, and hence I'll be getting a GC.

However, if you don't have a PS2, the choice is tough. On one hand you have a console that has great titles like Zelda and Mario, and on the other you have a console with more adultish "serious" titles.

Just depends what games you like... no one can decided except for you!

Right,in my opinion without a doubt,Gamecube.

I think X-box and the cube are equal, but nintendo have been in the games industry for decades, and this is microsofts first outing.......

We can almost guarentee that the gamecube will have good games, because we already know what standard nintendo (and rare!)`s games are.

Also the gamecube looks better in my opinion, well anything looks better than the x-box.......

So,get the cube....

X Box - it'll have the more 'grown up' games - a Capcom exclusivity for Nintendo does not constitute adult gaming on the gamecube.

Both will rock.

X Box is bigger, so it'll rock more and you can play DVD on it.
