actually "santa claws" is a robot {soon to be}created in the year 2879 to judge people on whether they have been naughty or nice and distribute presents accordingly..but a programing malfunction caused him to be too strict and judges everyone as naughty and if you are caught outside after dark in New New York City then he will tear off your head and stuff presents down your neck.
