Papa Roach haven't released anything lately because they are currently making a new album.

They also released "Broken Home" (the video for which was done well before "Between Angels and Insects") but it didn't get very high in the charts.
The reasons you haven't heard from them in a while is that they are too busy doing tours and also writing new songs for the new album. No band can release a steady stream of songs one after the other. They have to take time out to promote themselves and also to write new songs and then produce an album.

Maybe something to do with them being crap, or maybe they're record label hasn't produced any new material for them to sing, or maybe they've all run off to join the Circus.
