"Flying the Dodo airplane?"

I know that it is possible to fly the Dodo Airplane once you get the the third island, but for some reason everytime that I have tried to take off, all that will happen is I will go up and maybe stay up for around 10 seconds. I have herd that it is possible to fly all the way to Portland but how do you?

Doing gentle turns also seems to help keep it aloft, I've managed to fly to Staunton from the runway at Shoreside, plus I flew over Shoreside for 36 seconds, I reakon it can go alot longer but on this occasion I lost control, and it turned over.

Get the Dodo up to full speed and push gently forward on the stick, pushing the nose down - then let the stick return to the centre *slowly* and the Dodo will lift off - if you work it right you can fly for quite somoe time.

Try *not* using the accelerator once you're in the air, but just glide... seems to work better.

u can fly 2 portland by doing this.....

take it out to the highwaw......then when u get to tht bridge that lifts up and down wait on the bit that lifts to lift....then when its in the air put on power.....now u should take to the air......go between these buildings over the park and try and get to portland....i got there once but rolled the plane and kabooom!

It will not really fly it just goes up in the air for a few seconds and then comes back down. One reason for this is because it doesn't have wings.
