Who has stopped the cannon? I'm stuck and angry because I

It depends which cannon your talking about, there is one on the beach too which to get to you have to be powered up with the blue power up, go to the stumps and climb up them and activate the jump power up and you get there like that.

just jump up to the top oof that building thing and u will c some barrels rolling down that u have to jump....get passed them and then kill the lurker in the cannon.
