For the Foreman you have to knock the crane and it hits him, you do this by grinding where those men are on the computers in the middle of the park, there in a little grouve. I think thats right anyway.

Not left, I mean right, on your right of the ramp is the snow tree.
You start the level on a big ramp in the car park. go down the ramp then turn around, infront of you will be the ramp, to the left of it is a snow filled tree. Under this tree is where the bully is standing. Jump off the ramp into the tree, easy.
Jump off the ramp that is before him, into the big tree thats above him. If you hit the tree, the snow off it will fall off and bury him.
Simple.
