The other day when my friend and I were In town my Friend whent into gamestatino and traded in godzilla destroy all monsters melee, sonic adventure 2 battle and fifa 2003. He wasn't to sure what to get for his money as there wernt really any games that tickle his fancy. the trade in price was around £60.

He looked at some of the Gamecube peripherals and decided that he was going to trade the games in for the logic 3 soundstation. I personally thought that it looked tiny and it hadn't got very good ratings in magazines so i suggested that my friedn took a credit note instead. However he said that his tle didn't really have that good sound quality any way so it was worth a shot.

He took it up to the sounter where the assistant cashe din thegames and got the soundstation to put in the box. When i first saw it i thought it was tiny and wondered how it could possibally generate enough sound! any way, we took it hoem and set it up. There were two speakers and a subwoofer however I still thought that it looked puny and would barely even be heard over a short distance.

We put in Redcard soccer and decied to watch the opening cut scene to see if it lived up to my friends expectations. I was amazed! the sound quality was incredible and the volume contorl boosted the sound to three times the times the teles capabilities! The sound was crisp and the Bass level on the front of the subwoofer aloud us to really vary the sound emitted from the speakers. It also made the gameplay that more exilerating and enjoyable. the sound of the palyers kicking the ball really made the game feel more alive and the overall experiance of playing was highly increased. Because the speakers were so small did not think it was capable but the sound produced was astonishing. i took it all back what I had said in the shop.

I then went back the next day and bought myself one. when i returned home I tested it out on resident evil and as expected it enhanced the tension and atmosphere of the game.

Logic three have done a great job in desighning this little beauty. it lookes great and fits snuggly along side the gamecube. I would rate it 10/10 and at £35.99 from special reserve it would make a worthy investment for any GC owner.

Pfft. For me, it's either Dolby Digital or nothing.

Or, I could buy a 2.1 setup that are better than Creatives 2.1's.

And the volume control is backlit with bl00 led's. As standard.

So ner :oP

Well, I purchased myself a Logic3 speakers system today, and it is very good indeed. £23 from Dixons too :P

Does yours have one speaker louder than the other? I think I may have to take mine back..
