You can download all the music from GTA3 from www.playstationcenter.com , there are over 60 tracks all in mp3 and it is perfectly legal.

I have downloaded abould 15 of them and they are quite good.

Yeah, it's the MSX radio tune. It goes on for 73 minutes. But it is mainly repeating itself.
