"Top 5 games this year"

Hello i ould like to ask you fellow gamers what you think the top 5 games this year are they can be on any format.

Mine would have to be:

1.GTA3
2.Timesplitters(This might be a suprise but i really like it)
3.GT3
4.Shemue
5.Tony Hawks 3

I don't have a PS2, so my top 5 will differenciate from most of you. Don't laugh if some of mine are old games!

5. Kingpin

This game is extremely violent, but damn fun. You get to blow away wannabee gangsters (no pun intended) and the on-line mode is appropriately called "Gang Bang" Mode!

4. Half Life Generation

HLG is an excellent compilation package of Half Life, Opposing Force and Counterstrike. Throw in some mods and some maps and you have Half Life Generation!

3. Max Payne

You play as Max Payne, a suspiscous character, whose family are killed in cold blood and he's framed for it. Through over 20 levels, you must escape the police and clear your name!

2. Virtua Tennis

This game is so addictive! With over 15 characters to control, it's no mean feat if you unlock all the extra stadiums and clothes. The sequel is out now, adding to the entertainment!

1. Baldur's Gate

I haven't had this game long, but it is probably the most addictive PC game I've ever played, certainly the most addictive game I've played all year. You play through an absolutely massive map, slaying monsters and getting to the final goal: Baldur's Gate.

None of the psone games really stuck out when i thought...there are a few good n64 games and dreamcast games but they aren't good enough to knock burnout off 5th place. So its all PS2.

I'm starting to figure that most of you favour the PS2.. just think of it as a lucky guess. =B0)

It was indeed - PS2 launch title.

As was Timesplitters (I think)

Yeah, but that's to be expected since they will probably only have played the games on their machine.

Yes, I know there's a slight bias towards PC games here, but I don't have any consoles. So there.
