Firstly it depends on how far back you go, all the way to the Atari VCS and Pong? or only the Megadrive? Then, is it gameplay or graphics.
My favorite games are those that I still go back to. I think I have one for every console or computer that I own. Perhaps I can interest other people in listing their favorite games by doing mine:
1. Goldeneye - N64 (predictable I guess)
2. Soul Caliber - DC
3. Settlers II - PC
4. Mario Kart - N64 (it's a classic racing game
that's never been beaten)
5. Gauntlet - Arcade
6. Command & Conquer - PC
7. Need for Speed 3 - PSX (everyone else hated it, but
that's taste for you)
8. Bubble Bobble - Spectrum/C64
9. Metal Slug - Neo Geo
10.Target Renegade - Spectrum/C64
So that's my weird list, what's yours?
