The arguement between the consoles is always raging but i look at the classics games that the company has produced to decide which are best. here below is the games that I think are classics that each company has produced or is played on their consoles:

Nintendo.
Mario (all games)
Perfect dark
Goldeneye
Lylat wars (both of them)

Sega
Sonic (all games)

Playstation
Metal gear solid.

Don't forget about Shenmue and yes I've played Wonder Boy. I use to spend a fortune playing it at the arcade when I was a kid.
