It's nearing the end of the year, so let's think about the good old FOG days. To begin, my fave quotes:
"By the way, who is BTW?"
"I'm new here. What's a JAT?" (v. recent... appologies to the guy who said it!)
"Dreamcast will beat the PS2" (sonicrav... 9.9.99!)
As for pranks, my April fools pranks were great:
1) Er-no went on the forum as someone else on april 1st. He admitted a few hours later, and everyone hated it! Then, I come on as "Er-yes" saying that I am er-no, and that someone hacked my account while I was pretending to be the other person. Everyone thought "er-yes" (me) was er-no, and er-no was a fake! WAHAHAHAHAHA... you never knew till now!
2) I came on the forum as "Mario-man" claiming to be back from Japan where I worked for a ninty division. For my final day, I got to meet shigsy at a big bash, and got loads of info on the next ninty games. Everyone believed me ;) FOOLS!
3) Not an April fools, but after having never been included in er-no's stories or songs, I wrote a topic in which I killed him with 2 rcp-90s! ;)

I posted a topic about how Shigeru Miyamoto had just taken over Sony, by invading the offices with bright colours. :D

My 'Perfect Dark 2' to be a 3rd person shooter thread in the Ninty forum had a few fooled.
Months later SR reported that PD2 (After Dark or Zero?) could well be a third person shooter?
Grix really believed me when I posted details of 100 Mario's. I don't know who else fell for that one, but the game sounded great. Like Lemmings, but with Marios. You could assign them certain skills that Mario has used in past games, particularly SMB3, with the statue, the frog suit, the feather to fly with and the hammer suit.
I rule at making stuff up.
I liked my Mario Kart: The movie, and Nintendo's take on crime, Cat Burglar, but not many of you read those ones.
But not everything I saw is made up, some of it is real news. Honest Guv.
