Another thing when I was little christmas actually meant something. Now a days it is too drawn out starting in october. when i was little it lasted a month december through to january( or maybe more but we wern't getting catalogues in June).
Every present you got was meant something because it was the thing you had wanted not just cheap tacky toys that you find to day. I've only got one person to blame us the consumers and the worldtrade organisation. Profits over people.

Christmas used to be a time of wonder and excitement. Now it's a time of impending alcoholism and coronary heart disease, liberally sprinkled with sitting on my spreading bee-hind and playing games. Basically, it's a warm-up for new years eve.
