Hi,

Over the last few days, each time my laptop reboots, it sits at POST for almost a minute or so before continuing to boot normally. It usually continues past POST after a very few seconds.

Any ideas?

I flashed my BIOS last week, but POST time wasn't affected.

I would suggest searching the laptop manufacturers knowledge base/forum etc. for possible reasons.

If the POST is stalling on an item I guess there's the possibility that something's starting to fail.

Have you recently upgraded the BIOS which could affect the running of the POST?

If you haven't, you could check to see if there are any BIOS updates for your PC which may address things.
